Length from shoulder to hem 45cm measured from SNP to hem. Tie at the back positions over the bra strap.

SKIRT

Length at the back approximately 90cm to top of waistband which would sit in a high waist position.

Waistband size laid on the flat 28 inches, has some additional stretch because of shirring. Will stretch to 30 inches.
